Sublimation
Sublimation is a process that involves a special toner for printing black copy or graphics onto brass, silver or light colored aluminum plaque plates. It requires desk-top publishing/computer typesetting, the special toner and a heat press capable of temperatures up to 400° F. It is a process that can be rather cost effective when doing multiple plate with similar copy and is an excellent process for replicating logos or artwork that has various shades of grey.
