Unit prices above do not include tape charge (initial set-up -- see below).
Length plus width divided by 2. (ex. 2" + 4" = 6" ÷ 2" = 3). Sizes smaller than 2" shall be charged the 2" price, less 10%. But options such as Iron on back or Heat cut border shall be based on 2". Prices based on 9 colors per design. Add 10¢ per additional color. No deductions for single color design. Absolute minimum: 75 pieces. Add 25% to entire order. Add 5¢ per sq. inch. Add 4¢ per sq. inch. (aka plastic back, which adds stiffness to patch.) Add 3¢ per inch. Double-sided adhesive tape - add 6¢ per sq. inch. (Patches can be re-used again and again on different clothing.) Add 2¢ per sq. inch. Heat cut inner hole - add 2¢ per hole. Additional charge in right column for FELT or VELVET fabric background. 3M reflective fabric background are available - please contact for quote. Add 10¢ for making a loop on top. 10% increased per piece for embroidered area of 30%. 15% increased per piece for embroidered area of 50%. 20% increased per piece for embroidered area of 75%. 25% increased per piece for embroidered area of 100%. Merrow border w/ metallic thread shall be added 5¢ per sq. inch. UV threads which change colors under ultraviolet rays and Luminous threads are all available for your specific designs. Contact us for quote on 3D cubic embroidery designs. $20 per design for size ↓ 5.5" or $30 for size ↑ 6" + digital tape fee AND SHIPPING (F.O.B. China) Both sample charge and digital tape fee are non-refundable. You may request "digital photo approval" and save shipping charges of sample. Except round shapes, there is always cut die fee of $30 per shape. 2" = 57¢/set; 2.5" = 60¢/set; 3" = 66¢/set; 3.5" = 87¢/set; 4.0" = $1.05/set Maximum size is 4.5" , which could be made in shape of rectangular & shield only and prices are subject to quote. Male and Female as one set. Subject to our final confirmation after receiving your artworks. Held for 3 years only. No Tape charge on exact re- or orders over 5,000 pieces (per design). |
